The Centre for Seafarers and Maritime Workers Union has started new welfare trusts and also adopted welfare organizations to assist members and their families.

CSMWU has adopted the following charitable Trusts and providing welfare and recreational facilities to the members and their families:

Centre for Seafarers Welfare Organization Trust: The International Seafarers Centre at Port of Kakinada with the welfare, educational, spiritual and recreational facilities at Ports of Visakhapatnam, Kakinada and Gangavaram in India.

Maritime UCSWA Trust: Providing Maritime charitable and welfare services at the time distress and hardship to the personnel working in Merchant Fleet.

Safe Harbour Housing Society: Providing Houses to the Poor and retired, disabled, ex eligible seafarers and their families.

Sea Mission Clinic: Medical and Dental Care.
