Squamish Terminals Ltd. was established in 1972 and is a wholly owned subsidiary of Star Shipping Canada. The Terminal is located at the head of Howe Sound in the Municipality of Squamish, 32 nautical miles (48 kilometers via Highway 99) north of the Port of Vancouver. The Terminal covers 42 acres (17 hectares) of reclaimed land.

JSC "Novorossiysk Commercial Sea Port" (NCSP) is the principal stevedoring company in the port of Novorossiysk. It was formed during privatisation of the Russian port industry in 1992. NCSP handles over 50 million tons of general, bulk and liquid cargo annually being the largest port operator of Russia. The terminals of the NCSP transship about 20% of Russian oil exports and 30% of total throughput of Russian ports.
