MU, apart from providing free information,
web address directories of websites related to the navy world, explanations of navy related terminology, etc., provides also information, links as well as general and specific explanations of things related to the industry, the services, the organizations, international institutions, ports, port terminals, etc. that surround or are in some way connected to the world of international navy.
We at MU are determined to be your portal
into the navy world, one that will facilitate the search of information for professionals and enthusisasts alike.
Our goal is to create an autonomous and independent global source of information,
one that will be as exhaustive as possible and will not discriminate or be influenced by third parties, so that we can provide the truest, most real and comprehensive image of the international navy to date.
We hope that - with our work - MU will in time become
a place where not only professionals come for information, but where we can educate and offer advice to new generations also, so they can deepen their knowledge or, at least, satisfy their curiosity regarding the navy in general, and the civilian merchant navy in particular.
MU was born out of an idea and a necessity for centralization and standardization
of global information regarding the international navy that is present on the Web, as well as information that can't be found on the Web.
